NABR Consulting is led by Nicolas Rodriguez, a technology executive with three decades in IT and more than twenty years leading technology across consulting, manufacturing, healthcare, and logistics — as CTO, IT director, and twice a business owner. The practice exists to bring the kind of work senior technology leaders actually deliver (infrastructure modernization, operational maturity, and practical AI enablement) to organizations that want experienced guidance without full-time executive overhead.
The work spans cloud and infrastructure transformation, ERP and systems integration, operational strategy, and the pragmatic adoption of AI where it genuinely reduces effort. Having owned and operated two businesses, Nicolas approaches every engagement the way an owner would: technology decisions grounded in how a business actually runs, designed to last beyond the engagement.
Nicolas holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, and is based in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
